EA's long-running Need for Speed series took a trip underground a couple of years back when the developer refocused the game solely on illegal street racing. While the nighttime racing series was certainly successful, the lawless world was always missing one key factor: cops. This year's installment crawls back into the daylight. The actual racing hasn't changed too much, but the ever-present police make this game a whole lot more interesting.

This is really a great game . Those of you who have played the Half life 2 singleplayer games will know how fun it is to kill the combine with a toilet using a gravity gun. Well guess what people. The gravity gun is at your disposal in Half life 2 Death match. nearly everything is available for you to use. Toilets, sinks, desks, tables, radiators, barrels, rocks, boxes, chairs and many more. This all allows for some great fun. There is nothing like being able to kill a guy by launching a filthy toilet at their head. As well has the gravity gun you have all of the weapons you see in the Half life 2 gamesat your disposal. So whatever you fancy, it's there. Half Life 2 Death match is fast paced and extremely fun and you can;t afford to let your guard down. Will furniture flying around your head, rockets exploding and bullets whizzing around, there is just so much to do and so much fun. However, there is only one type of gameplay, death match (team death match) which may put off those who like CTF or other modes.Overall Half life 2 Death match is a fast paced and fun online shooter. However, the lack of gameplay types may put those off, however, as we know from previous games by valve there is a possibility for mods.

In 25 to Life you get a taste of an intriguing story line from three different perspectives. A criminal, a cop, and a gang member who just wants to get the hell out from under a life of crime. You can play from a first- or third-person perspective depending on your preference, and both play equally well. The game is littered with profanity and violence, but what would you expect from a gang type of game? This game is solely directed towards a mature audience and that is the only gamers I can honestly recommend this to. The game is very graphic with blood enabled, but that’s what makes this game even more realistic. There are some great cutscenes when your character dies played in slow motion that end up with your man laying in a pool of blood spilling over the concrete. Graphic yes, something you would find in any R rated gang movie? Most definitely. Some may say it might be pushing the envelope a bit, but it really did enhance the game.

Counter Strike: Source is one of the best and most played FPS games ever, im really addicted to it because theres so many maps to play and people are allways making new ones and so can you. In CSS there are two teams; Counter-terrorist and terrorist. There are games where the terrorist's have to plant the bomb at either site A or site B and games where the CT's have to rescue hostages. This game has alot of game modes that people make t suit the map. Some bright spark invented surf where you run down a ramp and fly then go onto another ramp and fight it out in certain places. Counter-Strike: Source has alot of gun choices and these are really accurate to the real things, CSS uses alot of tactics and skill, like using smoke, flash and frag grenades to your advantage. CSS runs off a program called steam which is good because it runs alot of other Multi-player games so you can add your css m8's talk to them out of css and fight them in other steam games. I strongy reccomend getting this awsome fps!

BlackSite: Area 51

The action in BlackSite's single-player game is very straightforward. You'll control a squad, but your control only uses one button. If you hit the squad button, you can order your team to move to specific positions. You can focus fire on enemies by hitting the button while pointing at an enemy. You can also use it to order squadmates to utilize mounted gun positions, but you'll mainly use it to get your squadmates to open doors. Apparently Pierce is too good to open doors by himself. The squad mechanic feels slapdash and rarely necessary during the course of combat. Focusing fire on enemies doesn't work as well as pulling the trigger yourself; thus, it just seems faster and easier to do most of the shooting yourself. There are a couple of extended vehicle sequences where you'll drive a Humvee from one location to another while one of your squadmates lays down fire from a mounted gun to take out several giant worms that keep sprouting out of the ground. The vehicles handle just fine.

And judging from the teething problems that the expansion is having, it looks like EA and DICE Canada (the developer of Special Forces) didn't take long enough. That's because Special Forces is an excellent expansion that delivers more of the intense online combat that fans of Battlefield 2 adore, but it's also crippled by some potentially showstopping bugs. If you can get it running, though, you're in for a great time.

If you need more out of a game's story than "shoot guys until the credits roll because an angry soldier and a computer voice say so," you're in trouble here. If you piece together the fragmented cutscenes, scour the manual, and read the back of the box, you'll learn that a certain Dr. Krone has stolen a special suit that lets its user travel through time. This has created an alternate reality, which is a bad thing--you'll have to trust the game on that, because it's tough to figure out just what has happened that's so bad, other than a big robot spider that shoots lasers terrorizing the city. (OK, maybe that is bad.) It's up to you to take the other, experimental beta suit (ohhhh, dangerous!), travel through time, and stop Dr. Krone from doing something sinister--which he has already done, so you want to undo whatever it is he's done...or something.
